Xentra 4900C Continuous Emissions Analyzer
The new Xentra 4900C continuous emissions analyzer has applications in power generation, waste disposal incinerators, metals processing, boiler plants, thermal oxidizers, animal incinerators, crematoria and mobile emissions testing, or in any other situation which continuous monitoring of emissions is required.
Key new measurements available from the Xentra 4900C are % levels of CO and CO2, the No.1 greenhouse gas, plus trace levels of methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O), the second and third most important greenhouse gases. This is possible because the new instrument can be fitted with the latest Servomex Ir1520 miniature infrared transducers.
With totally new software, common to all the new Servomex Xentra 4000 series gas analyzers, the Xentra 4900C comes with auto calibration as standard, which can be configured for each measurement independently. This is a major advance in continuous monitoring as it is possible to calibrate the transducer monitoring one of the gases for which the analyzer is configured, while the others continue to operate normally.
New enhanced NAMUR-compliant diagnostics and fault messaging, enable a host computer to acquire not only measurement data via the Xentra 4900C's enhanced RS232 output, but also to acquire diagnostic and control data. Thus the host computer is able to control the calibration of the transducers remotely using external calibration valves.
