It does it with little water consumption and energy usage and with a low investment. Used in a wide range of particulate generating applications, the technology maintains nearly constant particulate output, even with varying particulate inlet loading. More importantly, this scrubber system can meet MACT requirements for particulate emissions at 0.015 grains/dscf and remove 99.5% of entrained particulate. It is a completely skid-mounted unit, consisting of a quench tank (if required), and a dynamic/mechanical scrubber with motor, demister, control panel and associated instrumentation for system control.
