Waste Minimization Through Evaporation

Compliance Systems, Inc.ystem reduces the volume of dilute rinse waters or concentrated waste streams through evaporation. By using this method, the contaminants present in a water-based solution can be concentrated into a small volume, thus reducing disposal costs. With high temperature evaporation, the water component is discharged into the atmosphere as vapor exits the system when the solution reaches the boiling point of water. With vacuum distillation, vacuum technology is used to reduce this boiling point to less than 100F. This system eliminates any vapor discharges to the environment by condensing the vapor into high quality water that can then be reused in the process.
