The Competition Series trailer-mounted vacuum machine can be used to collect or reclaim materials, discharging them directly into 55-gal drums or special intermediate drop-out hoppers (optional) that can be shuttled by forklifts. A four-cylinder 54-hp, turbocharged John Deere diesel powers the vacuum. The vacuum producer is a Gardner-Denver/Sutorbilt Model 4512 positive-displacement rotary lobe-type blower or equivalent. The vacuum pump draws 1150 CFM at 15-in.-Hg maximum static pressure.

The three pleated, pulsed-cleaned, cartridge-type prefilters in the plenum of the drumming head are replaceable with hand tools. Backup secondary filtration is provided on the clean-air side of the primary filtration compartment and offers 99.97 percent filtration efficiency at 0.3 micron. The company also has several product literature pieces covering some of its other products, such as: Filter Top, Gold Series, and Drum Top models for use on the plant floor.
