Turbotak Atomizing Nozzles

Turbotak Atomizing Nozzles improve the performance of existing air pollution control (APC) equipment. Retrofit existing APC equipment, such as Venturi scrubbers, with Turbotak Atomizing Nozzles to achieve higher removal efficiencies and avoid the high cost of new APC equipment.

Existing air pollution systems that are no longer meeting performance requirements can be upgraded with Turbotak Nozzles to meet current standards for as little as 10% of the cost of system replacement.

The Turbotak Advantage

The two-phase nozzles feature internal mixing zones to achieve superior control over droplet size and distribution. Turbotak Nozzles are able to atomize liquids to smaller droplets than other nozzles. The large amount of extremely small droplets result in maximum surface area for the liquid—the key to efficient removal.

Droplet size can be finely controlled by simply adjusting operating pressures. Manufactured in any suitable material, Turbotak's nozzle design resists plugging and corrosion for long life and minimal maintenance.

Spray volumes range from less than one USgpm to over 100 USgpm.
