Triple Cell Filter

The Model J3300 is a tertiary triple cell multimedia pressure filter designed to be a polishing filter in metal hydroxide precipitation processes. This system contains a microprocessor that is preprogrammed and controls all of the aspects of the filter's performance. The backwash volumes are usually less than 1% of the raw wastewater flow, with 90% plus reduction of suspended solids. The system is also capable of rapid startup through use of a skid mounted pre-piped and wired filtration package. The multimedia design acts as a depth storage device, and filtered water from two cells is the backwash source for the backwashing cell. The wetted surfaces are corrosion resistant and an optional interface allows for integration of the filter system onto a DeviceNet network.
