Trinity Consultants Opens New Office in Iowa

Dallas,TX - Trinity Consultants, a nationwide firm that assists organizations with environmental regulatory compliance and strategic environmental management, announces the opening of its 24th office, in Burlington, Iowa. Under the direction of environmental veteran, Eugene (Gene) Taylor, the Burlington staff serves clients in Iowa and Illinois.

With over 20 years of environmental engineering experience, including plant and corporate environmental management experience in the agricultural processing and synthetic organic chemical manufacturing industry, Mr. Taylor is well suited to assisting with the environmental challenges of facilities in America's heartland. Since opening its doors in Iowa, Trinity has assisted several area facilities with renewal of Title V operating permits, emissions inventories, Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reports, Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) compliance, air dispersion modeling, compliance audits, and quick turnaround construction permits.

Previously, as a managing consultant in Trinity's Chicago office, Mr. Taylor consistently responded to client needs on projects including federal and state air permitting, air dispersion modeling analyses, emissions inventories, toxic release inventories, multimedia compliance audits, and regulatory applicability analyses and compliance strategies. He is also experienced in MACT compliance projects, Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Part B permits and closures, contingency plans, Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention plans and certifications. In addition, Mr. Taylor has been pivotal in the development of several Trinity business lines including multimedia compliance auditing, waste management, and biofuel services.

Mr. Taylor holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Thermal and Environmental Engineering from Southern Illinois University and is a certified professional engineer in Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, and Minnesota.
