Tightening regulations, and increased ergonomic concerns, have increased the demand for blowers designed without conventional sheaves, belts and similar items which produce vibration, raise maintenance costs and contribute to a range of other problems as well.

Tri-Mer engineered blowers, such as those shown here, feature direct-drive coupling motor set-up. They are an excellent alternative for semiconductor manufacturing and other applications with high standards for performance and service life.

The standard Tri-Mer design for Direct Drive Blowers uses a corrosion-resistant, polypropylene housing; internal and external support members related to the housing are also manufactured from rigid polypropylene. Polypropylene is the most effective material for these applications, and is far superior to fiberglass and other blower materials where structural integrity must be combined with excellent resistance to corrosion, wear and mechanical stresses.
