This new series of submersible drainers, D130/D140, are available in 3/10 HP (D130) or 4/10 HP (D140) versions and cord lengths of 8 or 15 ft. with a mechanical-style, tethered float switch. The high-efficiency PSC motors are oil-free and have permanently lubricated ball bearings for extended life and quiet operation. The shaft seal in the oil chamber utilizes an energized double-lip design.
Built-ins include a suction screen and a thermal overload with automatic reset. The drainers can be easily serviced and have a convenient lift-out handle. The industry-standard 1¼-in. NPT spec is used for the vertical discharge. UL, CSA and SSPMA certified, the drainers are typically used for basement sumps and water-transfer or dewatering applications.
