Stavian ED And Shinec Sign Strategic Partnership Agreement On Carbon Emission Reduction Solutions For Industrial Parks/Clusters

The signing ceremony of the strategic partnership agreement on carbon emission reduction solutions for industrial parks/clusters between Stavian Electric Distribution JSC (Stavian ED) and Shinec JSC officially took place, opening a new chapter in Vietnam’s green industrial development. Under the agreement, Stavian ED – with expertise in renewable energy, energy efficiency solutions, and power infrastructure – will collaborate with Shinec – a pioneer in developing green and eco-industrial parks – to implement advanced solutions at Dam Ha Industrial Cluster (Quang Ninh Province), including rooftop solar power systems, the “BESS FARM” energy storage systems manufactured by Stavian Energy Solutions JSC, solar-powered public lighting, renewable electricity supply through the Direct Power Purchase Agreement (DPPA) mechanism, and energy transition solutions via a liquefied natural gas (LNG) supply system invested by Stavian Gas JSC. This initiative not only marks a pioneering step in applying clean energy in industrial parks but also provides a solid foundation for investors and manufacturers to align with global sustainability standards and achieve “LEED GOLD” certification in manufacturing.

To materialize the agreement, the two parties will establish Stavian Industrial Power Distribution JSC (Stavian IPD). This joint venture will drive green infrastructure projects based on a comprehensive Net Zero emissions approach, creating sustainable value for investors and local communities.

This strategic partnership between Stavian ED and Shinec reaffirms the long-term vision and strong commitment of both companies to sustainable development. The Dam Ha Industrial Cluster is expected to become a pioneering Net Zero industrial park model, contributing to the development of a low-carbon and prosperous economy.
