Spray Nozzles

The SN-1A foam control spray nozzle is a low pressure, wide-spray pattern nozzle that is used for the control of froth and foam in aeration tanks and other applications where liquid foaming is a result of the aeration process and a constant maintenance and process problem.

The product features a beveled nozzle with a wide opening, which minimizes opportunities for the unit to become obstructed with debris and allows for easy access to the interior of it for maintenance and cleaning if needed.

The nozzle orifice is formed with a spring-loaded flapper valve. The nozzles can flow constantly or be operated on a timed sequence basis. The liquid used with the spray nozzles is taken from the process itself in a closed loop system. The are constructed of application-specific plastic with a stainless steel spring and corrosion-resistant hinge suitable for use in wastewater treatment plants and process facilities.

The nozzle has a half-inch male thread for connection to piping manifold systems.
