Spectrophometer

N/ANESYS 8 is a spectrophometer that provides flexible sampling and sample analysis. This unit has a 2nm spectral bandwith, a die-cast aluminum optical base for stable measurements and a master interferometric grating linearity and precision. It also has a full size sample compartment and an optional seven-position cell changer and adjustable cell holder. The product features capabilities such as: creating and saving a standard curve with up to 10 functions, scanning to a single channel recorder, calculating concentration of unknowns and saving up to eight factors, calculating absorbance ratio to measure DNA purity and saving up to six sets of test parameters, and displaying kinetics data or sending to a printer or a PC.
