Aero-Modlids Dewatering System provides a method of solids management for systems producing less than 250 lb dry solids per day. This system collects biosolids in porous bags and stabilizes them through gravity and pressurization.
The porous material of the disposable polypropylene bags is used to store sludge. It allows air to enter for natural drying, and can be stacked for up to two years for drying. Timers and level sensors control the operations. This system uses one button starting.
