The SIR System-10H is a digital system designed for high-speed data acquisition
The SIR System-10H is a digital system designed for high-speed data acquisition. This system was developed under the Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP) Project H104A as an instrument to investigate paved structures. The result is a multi-channel system capable of collecting data at posted highway speeds. This data is used to determine pavement layer thickness and pavement material condition of interest to maintenance engineers. It features multiple data channels for greater lane coverage and survey wheel or DMI-controlled acquisition for accurate distance measurements.
Multiple digital data storage devices, two 1.3 GB internal hard drives.
NTSC Video Output for correlation of road surface conditions to collected data.
The SIR-10H can be used for many infrastructure applications like utility locating, concrete inspection, structural analysis and can run all GSSI antennas.
