PLAN DESCRIPTION
In consideration of the payments provided in the quotation, ASOMA/WTC Engineering will supply for one year:
1. Free telephone support during normal business hours. During an emergency extended times can be arranged free of charge.
2. WTC will provide remote control assistance for any needed operation including periodic system checkups.

The plan holder will be responsible for the maintenance of a telephone line, modem and PCAnywhere 8.0 or newer on the host PC. In addition, the plan holder will need to assist WTC engineers by calling the WTC facility with PCAnywhere, when the dial up connection is needed.
