Monarch Separators, Inc.'s Secondary System technology consists of an Induced Gas Flotation (IGF), Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF), or a combined CPI/IGF Treatment System. The systems are packaged units engineered towards customer specifications in either carbon steel or stainless steel construction with capacities varying from 0 to 100,000 barrels per day (BPD). The multi-shift performance capabilities the systems can be utilized for oil and solids removal as well as particle extraction and effluent quality. The hydraulic system utilizes minimal power and has no moving parts, thus lowering installation and maintenance costs.

By coupling. these technologies, a complete two- stage treatment system that allows for removal of free oil and settable solids in the CPI Primary Treatment System while the remaining TSS and emulsified oils are removed in the Secondary IGF/DAF Treatment System. The company can customize a system complete with necessary piping and instrumentation to meet customer requirements and regulations. The product line also includes chemical polymer injection systems as part of the IGF/DAF assemblage or as a separate stand alone system.
