RGA5 Series of Process Gas Analyzers are designed for on-line measurement of impurities in clean process gases. Trace Analytical manufactures several versions of the RGA5, offering optimal analytical conditions for a variety of UHP gas, chemical and environmental applications. Typical lower detection limits approach 1 part per billion (ppb), with upper limits in the parts per million (ppm) range.
The RGA5 can be installed in a standard 19-inch industrial rack, a mobile analytical cart or on a laboratory bench top. Optional accessories for the RGA5 Series analyzers include: multipoint sampler, calibration gas blender and host computer software.
