Resin Trap Screens

U.S. Filter/Johnson Screens resin trap screens were designed to act as a safeguard without disrupting process flow. These trap screens prevent resin from escaping treatment vessels and causing potential damage to downstream pumping equipment. These traps were built with slots sized as small as 0.001 in. and up in 0.001 in. increments which makes it possible to capture very small particle resins.

These screen were designed to meet specific site conditions, such as piping, valve sizes and unusual configurations. The resin trap screens are generally made with type 304 stainless steel, however other materials materials are available.
