Uvex Safety, A Division of Bacou USA Safety, Inc.nesis eyewear line features an ergonomic design through the use of MMT - Multi-Material Technology. This product has a lightweight but resilient external polycarbonate frame coupled with a soft elastomer internal frame that provides comfort at all points of contact with the face. The result is a combination frame that can withstand impact velocities but also delivers a new, differentiated level of comfort for all-day wear. Using an interchangeable dual 9-base wrap-around lens, the eyewear protects the entire eye socket area with peripheral coverage and unobstructed vision. It also has a small ventilation space between the frame and lens, venting the eye socket area to help reduce moisture buildup.
MMT technology provides not only a soft brow bumper but also provides soft comfortable fingers that adjust and wrap around normal, slim, or wide nose bridges for a non-slip, snug fit. In addition, the frame features ratchet lens inclination adjustment to complete the fitting system and provide extended wear comfort. This design meets all ANSI Z87.1 and CSA Z94.3 standards for protective eyewear.
