Portable Flue Gas Analyzers

STIseries of analyzers is designed to provide a portable, versatile and accurate flue gas monitoring system capable of assessing a plant's environmental/efficiency status. Direct samples are extracted from boiler emissions to optimize efficiency and minimize pollution. The instrument may be instructed to monitor gases over pre-set periods and at pre-set intervals without the need of operator intervention. Features of this product include auto/manual calibration, simultaneous measuring and display of up to six gases, modem dial-up, automatic datalogging, RS232 serial/analog outputs, and a choice from seven fuel types (4 user-definable).

This system can provide CEM backup, emissions inventory and quantify C_x H_x emissions from IC engines and incinerators. It can be used to measure SO₂ to determine scrubber efficiency, provide emissions data for service organizations, measrue NO and NO₂ separately providing total and true NO_x measurement, or for station-to-station checks. Up to nine gases can be monitored, including NO, NO₂, SO₂, CO-low, CO-high, Hydrocarbons, CO₂, and h₂S. The system also offers customized ranges, hard copy printouts, variable probe lengths, and an internal battery.
