Standard outfit provides 2700 feet of ocean boom, 26,125 bbls/day of derated skimming capability, and 300 bbls of temporary storage. Unit is equipped with IMARSAT-M satellite communications, HF SSB, Marine VHF, UHF, and cellular phone, fax, and modem.
