New 8XX Series NOx Analyzers

The series CLD 8XX features two independent reaction modules, giving access to two analytical values simultaneously. Thus, the value for nitrogen monoxide (NO) and the sum of nitrogen oxides (NOx) can be measured at the same time to give accurate values for nitrogen dioxide (NO₂). The model CLD 822 S r is the standard model for such applications with a maximal measuring range of 5'000 ppm and including automatic pressure compensation for a generally varying sample pressure.

The new series offers the possibility of measuring two different sample streams. For example, two boilers can be examined at the same time with one analyzer, the model CLD 822 SS d, which offers two independent NOx measurements. The instrument can also be adapted to two different measuring ranges. The model 824 has two channels, one having a maximum range of 5'000 ppm and a resolution of 0.2 ppm, the other showing a maximum range of 500 ppm and a resolution of 0.02 ppm. This is well suited for cases where the gas has to be measured before and after the process.
