Massachusetts-Based Perillon Software Announces Greenhouse Gas Management Solution To Support New Massachusetts Carbon Emissions Mandate

"All facilities required to report 2009 emissions due to MA 310 CMR 7.71 must have registered with the State of Massachusetts by April 15, 2009," says Niemoller. "They are required to manage emissions data for all of 2009 and submit reports to the state in early 2010 using the Climate Registry Reporting Protocol.
