Excellent separation performance
Latitude precast agarose midigels are manufactured with our high-quality molecular biology grade SeaKem LE Plus or NuSieve 3:1 Plus agarose. These gels are quality and performance tested to ensure reproducible results every time.
More options mean greater efficiency
- Choose from either 20- or 40-well formats. For maximum throughput, Latitude midigels are compatible with alternate-well microtiter plate spacing.
- Select from 1%, 2%, or 4% agarose concentrations.
- Prestained with ethidium bromide in 1X TAE or 1X TBE buffer.
- Resolve DNA ranging from 10 bp to greater than 10 kb.
