Industrial Site Risk Assessment

AES has had immense success in the application of risk assessment techniques for the closure of industrial sites. The Risk Assessment and Modeling team has worked in several states across the nation and have been recognized by regulators and clients for their fresh, innovative, and scientific approaches to site closure. Needless to say, these approaches have resulted in enormous cost savings. For some industrial facilities, these savings are in the millions of dollars. For industrial sites, AES combines the RAGS framework with the specific state's guidelines to establish risk-based cleanup levels or, in some cases, obtain no further action. AES has had success in modifying published standards for some contaminants through the use of state-of-the-art modeling techniques and aggressive negotiation.
