Industrial Hygiene Air Sampler

Tisch Environmental Inc.ial Hygiene Air Sampler measures airborne particulate levels at work spaces where conformance to industrial hygiene standards are necessary. The sampler can be used to identify suspected sources of particulate or used as a compliance measure for on-going operations. The system operates by drawing factory air through a 4-in.-diameter filter and trapping particulate on filter media. Pre and post sample filter weights and total air drawn through the system are used to determine compliance.

The unit is designed as a rugged, compact quality assurance instrument equipped with a 4-in.-diameter filter holder with swing away bolts to eliminate filter damage. A re-settable elapsed time indicator is standard. This eliminates the need for attended sampling and additional data collection. Air flow rates are measured by a variable orifice flow meter. An integral handle, on/off switch, fuse holder, and polarized electrical power cord are also standard. Optional features include: ground fault circuit breaker, voltage/speed adjustment, adjustable tri-pod stand, 8 x 10-in. stainless steel filter holder and automatic on/off timing devices.
