HPC High Alumina products, in various random and structured shapes, have been developed as a catalyst substrate. The pore structure built into the product has a BET surface area in excess of 10 m²/gram and a water absorption of 24%.
FLEXISADDLE random dump packing is also resistant to fouling; it is designed to resist sodium buildup. While jackhammers are sometimes needed to remove ceramic products, this product is free flowing. It is currently available in sizes ¾ in., 1 in., 1 &3189; in., 2 in., and 3 in. Specific Pressure Drop and Capacity Curves are available upon request.
