Hand-Held Particle Monitor
The Model GT-321 particle monitor is a hand-held, battery operated instrument designed to monitor particle size and concentration. The system measures particle sizes of 0.3µm and above at concentration ranges up to 3,000,000 particles/ft3. This microprocessor-controlled unit displays and updates particle size and concentration data in six-second intervals and provides a final measurement after 60 seconds. Results are displayed on an LCD readout. The internal, rechargeable battery pack provides up to eight hours of intermittent monitoring on a single eight-hour charge.
The unit measures 6 in. x 3.5 in. x 2.5 in. and weighs approximately 1.5 lb. It can be used for clean room monitoring, ventilation system testing, filter testing, facility monitoring, process measurements, emissions monitoring, and other in-situ particle monitoring applications.
