Greenline Industries Wins EPA Region 9 Environmental Award

Company Nominated EPA Award Winner, Willie Nelson, for Biodiesel Distribution

San Rafael, CA — Green Line Industries, a leader in the design and construction of biodiesel production facilities, has announced that they have received an EPA award for significant contributions to improve the environment in the year 2005. The company further stated that they had nominated Willie Nelson, well known country and western singer and biodiesel proponent, for the same award.

"The fact that Biodiesel has won two EPA awards this year is unprecedented. It clearly recognizes the growing importance of this natural, renewable and clean fuel in the global petroleum market", said Michael Brown, Greenline Industries CEO. "We are grateful that Mr. Willie Nelson, who has popularized the distribution of Biodiesel in the US with his BioWillie stations, has also received an EPA award as a result of our nomination."

Biodiesel is a fuel produced by the esterrification of vegetable oils and can be used without engine modifications in any diesel power plant. In concentrations as low as 2%, biodiesel will dramatically decrease pollutant outputs, increase engine longevity and decrease our reliance on foreign oil. Prior to the Greenline Industries design, the production process relied heavily on large amounts of potable water washing through the systems to remove impurities, residual glycerin and process agents.

"The importance of biodiesel can not be understated," Said Jacques Sinoncelli, Greenline Industries' CTO. "Our waterless continuous flow process has gone a long way towards making the production of biodiesel a completely non-polluting operation from the delivery of the vegetable oil to the delivery of the fuel."

The company is an active participant in the green revolution that is sweeping the world, and has taken a firm stance in the pursuit of energy independence and localized, decentralized production of clean burning diesel fuel based on vegetable and animal oils.
