Filtration System

This high-flow filtration system has been designed for removing solid contaminants from water and water-like fluids. It is capable of processing flow rates as high as 2000 gal/min per system at pressures of up to 250 psi. Due to the compact, circular structure, this system has an indexing flow diverter that rotates from station to station in order to take a single station off-line for backwash cleaning. This setup allows a single drain valve to serve the entire multi-element filter, rather than separately controlled valves at each filter element. Also, the rotary actuated assembly of the system revolves to backwash a single element while the other elements stay online.
