CECO Filters, Inc.ilters combination Catenary Grid scrubber/CECO Site Pak coalescing filter system was designed to control emissions from solder leveling operations in the manufacture of printed circuit boards. These systems are available for flows of 500 or greater than 50,000 acfm.
This combination system provides visible emissions control as well as odor reduction. The scrubber serves as a condensor/absorber. As the solder leveling vent gases pass through the scrubber, the oil portion is condensed, forming an aerosol that is collected in the filter. The water soluble fraction is absorbed into a recirculating pH-adjusted solution containing hydrogen peroxide. The system operates automatically when configured with chemical addition instrumentation.
