Dust Collector Filters

The seamless tube Beane Bags are circular knit fabrics consisting of a "loop pile" surface. The thickness and fiber density of a circular knit fabric is said to provide a high permeability, reducing pressure drop conditions, with filtration efficiencies of 99.5 to 99.99%.

The physical movement of the "loop pile" surface on the cleaning cycle removes the heavy dust formations while preventing binding or plugging of the fabric. Eliminating the seam also offers additional fiber area, providing increased air flow.

The filters are available in 4.7 in, 5 in, 6 in and 8 in diameters. Flat width fibers are also manufactured for large diameter filter bags.
