Custom Fabrication/Welding

Clean Harbors Environmental Services Inc., Environmental Construction & Technical Servicesding & Design, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Clean Harbors, Inc., is a full service welding shop. The 14,000 square foot facility, fleet of mobile units, team of highly trained welder/mechanics, and full CADD capabilities allow us to take on all aspects of virtually any project, local and remote.

All personnel have received extensive OSHA 40-hour training for working in hazardous locations. All work is conducted in compliance with the latest regulations governing Confined Space Entry as defined by OSHA in accordance with our comprehensive safety manual.

Welding personnel are trained and certified to the standards of the American Welding Society, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and MIL-STD-248 for structure and pipe. We are qualified in carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, and nickel alloys such as Hastelloy and Monel. We are a holder of a "U" Stamp Certificate for pressure vessels through the ASME and an "R" Stamp Certificate and registration through the National Board of Pressure Vessel Inspectors. We are fully authorized to design, fabricate and repair, at our shop or in the field.
