Custom Built Dredge Hose

Hoses can be built any size from 4-in.-dia. to 36-in.-dia. in lengths up to 50 ft. Working pressures are available up to 250 psi. The abrasion resistant rubber tube liner is typically 1 in. thick for long life. It can be matched to fit the user's application. If they are dredging coarse, sharp particles, they can use a harder, cut resistant wear liner. If they are dredging rounder material, a soft liner will be suitable.

The manufacturer also supplies virtually any flange or coupling arrangement to suit user requirements, although they are always rubber lined for protection from abrasion. Closed cell foam is built around the hose carcass for flotation. Both floating and non-floating hoses are built with a tough outer cover.
