The company's Mahr Bar Screen has a minimum bar spacing of 6mm (0.25 in.) and a cleaning cycle of down to 1.5 seconds. An electronic overload device and the limited number of moving parts help limit maintenance.

The Black Box is a self-contained, compact unit consisting of the bar screen, controls, channel, bypass channel, discharge chute, and support structure for simple installation and connection to existing wastewater treatment plants of four mgd capacity or less for effective low maintenance screening.

The Septic Acceptance Plant is a compact unit for processing municipal, industrial and septic tank sludge. It is comprised of the bar screen with an integrated screw compactor. Options include a control unit with flow regulation to monitors pH and sludge conductivity levels and a magnetic card reader and data reporting for billing purposes.
