Ausenco Expands Its Environmental Consulting Business Through Acquisition Of Hemmera

Ausenco Engineering Canada Inc. (“Ausenco”) recently announced the 100% acquisition of Hemmera Envirochem (“Hemmera”), a leading environmental consultancy in Canada. This acquisition supports Ausenco’s goal to augment and expand its consulting offerings and deliver a broader range of solutions to clients.

Hemmera is an innovative environmental consultancy that provides customized environmental and social sciences solutions to clients across Canada with recognized experts in site assessment and remediation, environmental planning and ecology, and community engagement and social sciences.
