Dresser Instrument Divisioncroft Duragauge PLUS! is for applications with high-vibration or pulsation applications, those who seek longer life gauges, and those who prefer not to use liquid-filled gauges. The gauge is available in any of the company's pressure gauge case styles and materials. The gauges are certified at ±0.5% full-scale accuracy. Ranges include 0/60-0/100,000 psi, 0/100-0/400,000 kPa, and 0/4-0/6,000 kg/cm2. Tube materials include phosphor bronze, 4130 alloy steel, 316 SS, and Monel 400. Stem, surface, or flash mounting is available in ¼ in or ½ in. NPT, lower, or back.
The gauge handles vibration and pulsation better than dry gauges and fills a performance gap for those whose dry gauges may not last as long due to wear from vibration and pulsation. The gauge provides a steady pointer while eliminating the drawback of liquid-filled gauges, resulting in maintenance, replacement, and disposal savings. The gauge is easily recalibrated. Temperature range is from -40°-250°F. The gauge also eliminates the need to use Halocarbon liquid fill. A ten-year warranty is standard.
