TIGG Corporationany%>'s Adsorption Predictive Technique system is a proprietary computer program and database used to support customers with recommendation for their adsorption applications. This service is to assist in projecting activated carbon saturation adsorption capacities at defined system conditions for purification of air and water streams.

The program is based on fundamental activated carbon adsorptive correlations developed from experimental data. All predictions of adsorption efficiency are based on the use of virgin 5C (vapor) and 5D (liquid) coal-based activated carbons.

The system is said to be able to project the preferential order of adsorption among adsorbates, even if the given mixture has never been studied experimentally. The estimates are dependent upon the accuracy of reported analyses of all contaminants to be removed as well as additional competitive adsorbate substances in the stream. TIGG Corporationany%>, P.O.
