U.S. EPA Selects Andersen Instrument's Reference Method Samplers

Andersen Instruments, Inc.S. EPA selected two new reference method samplers for measuring mass concentrations of particulate matter as PM2.5 in ambient air. These samplers are manufactured by <%=company%>.

The first reference method sampler is identified as RFPS-0598-0119, RAAS2.5-100 Single Filter FRM PM2.5 Sampler and is operated in accordance with the requirements and sample collection filters specified in 40 CFR Part 50, Appendix L. The second reference method sampler is identified as RFPS-0598-0120, RAAS2.5-300 Sequential FRM PM2.5 Sampler and is also operated in accordance with 40 CFR Part 50, Appendix L.

Andersen is taking an active role in the particulate sampling network being established by U.S. EPA in support of its new PM2.5 particulate standard.
