PerkinElmer Instruments, Inc.nalyst 100 spectrometer includes a double-beam optical system, automated wavelength and slit selection, a burner system, and a large sample compartment. Lamp alignment is automatic with the optional, motorized 6-position lamp turret. This spectrometer can also run furnace determinations directly with the optional HGA-800 graphite furnace and autosampler using the standard keyboard. A quick-disconnect flame module simplifies changeover to HGA furnace operation where the furnace and autosampler are mounted on a sampling arm that can be rotated into the sample area. The optional deuterium arc background correction system automatically provides simultaneous correction for molecular absorption and light-scattering at combined atomic absorption plus background absorption levels as high as 3 absorbance units.
Optional AA WinLab software allows the user to expand the data handling and accessory control capabilities as analytical needs change. It also provides enhanced single keyboard control of a range of optional accessories including the HGA-800 Graphite Furnace, the Furnace Autosampler, AS-90 Flame Autosampler, and the FIAS Flow Injection Systems
