Soil Gas Probe System

KVA4 System is designed for light duty use without electricity. These systems are designed for sampling soil gas, groundwater, and soil, as well as for installing permanent monitoring points to be used in site characterization and remediation activities. Hardened, hollow steel shafts are driven into the ground using a slide hammer. After completing sampling activities, the probe is removed by reverse driving with the slide hammer or is extracted with a retrieval jack. The shafts are made of nickel plated, hardened alloy steel (stainless steel systems are available) and are connected with internal threaded nipples providing a smooth exterior coupling and eliminating excess friction during shaft insertion or removal.
