GUZZLER Manufacturing Inc.r is a multi-purpose vacuum system that functions both as a wet/dry vacuum loader and a liquid vacuum tanker. It combines high vacuum and pressure offloading designed to deliver reliable performance in demanding applications. The system has a 16 cu. yard payload capacity, four-stage filtration and modular construction. With the positive displacement vacuum pump, features include a maximum vacuum of 27 in. Hg; maximum airflow of 3,658 CFM; and maximum airflow at maximum vacuum of 1,260 CFM. With the rotary vane pressure/vacuum pump, maximum vacuum is 28 in. Hg; maximum airflow is 247 CFM; and maximum airflow at 15 in. Hg is 212 CFM.
The Liquidator is a liquid vacuum tanker that has all valving inside the tank shell, thus avoiding the need for rollover protection and reducing the required bumper length while still maintaining DOT 407/412 certification. This translates into a unit weighting less and being more maneuverable than other liquid vacuum tankers, according to the supplier.
