PureCarbon
Modular Concept:
PureCarbon systems are prefabricated carbon adsorption vessels designed to maximize the removal of toxic organic compounds from air and water sources in easily serviceable vessels. These off the shelf units use granular activated carbon as the adsorption media for flows up to 3000 SCFM (or 80 gpm). Custom fabricated systems are also available.
Typical Applications:
Vapor Phase: Vapor Extraction - Tank Degassing - Odor Control - Chemical Processes
Liquid Phase: Groundwater - Waste Water - Municipal - Process Drains
General Specifications:
Maximum Temperature: 120° F
Materials: Carbon Steel - Baked enamel urethane external - Epoxy ScotchKote external
Internal Distribution: Liquid phase has slotted PVC - vapor phase has plenum with perforated polypropylene
PureCarbon Performance
Installation:
PURECARBON units operate most effectively on hard, level surfaced near the contaminated source. Correctly sized inlet and outlet ports are easily plumbed with flexible hose or PVC pipe for ease of installation. Unmanned, continuous control of emissions is the goal of these systems.
Service Capabilities:
Turnkey Service is available for RCRA hazardous or non hazardous applications. This provides a single point of contact for installation and decommissioning.
