The product is capable of detecting parts-per-million concentrations of gases traditionally monitored at LEL levels. Its detection technique is said to eliminate interferences from other hydrocarbons which may be present.N/Asystem includes sensor cell, pyrolyzer, and sample pump. Measurement information is output as a 4-20 mA analog signal. It is suitable for Class I, Division I, Group B, C and D hazardous areas. It operates on 24 VDC power and may be located up to 3200 feet from a centralized controller or PLC.
