Puradisc syringe filters feature rugged construction, autoclavability, integrity testable (bubble point method) and Biosafe USP Class VI. The filter bodies are fusion sealed to help ensure purity of filtrate and eliminate premature bursting. The hold-up volume with air purge is 0.1 mL.
The Puradisc 25 AS filters are for aqueous solutions and low protein binding. They are crafted of polyethersulfone membrane with polypropylene housing for pure filtration. Puradisc 25 NYL filters are for aqueous or solvent-based solutions. Made with a nylon membrane and polypropylene housing, these disposable devices combine a large filter area with low hold-up volume to provide pure filtration. The Puradisc 25 TF filters are for solvents, chemicals, and non-aqueous solutions. The filters, made of hydrophobic polytetrafluroethylene (PTFE) membrane with a durable polypropylene housing, are designed to help users achieve optimal filtration.
