The Kenics HEV high-efficiency static mixer is said to provide pressure drops of up to 75% lower than standard mixers. Handling turbulent-flow mixing process, the mixer provides complete and uniform blending and can be configured for non-circular cross sections and open channels.
Mixer length is less than 1 to 1.5 pipe diameters. The system is available in industry-standard materials including FRP, PVC/CPVC, PFA, epoxy-coated steel, and all metals and alloys.
