Leggette Brashears & Graham, Inc., a national groundwater and environmental-engineering-services firm in the U.S., has named Matthew E. Robbins an associate and head of its Chelmsford, MA office.

The office provides groundwater and environmental consulting services for water companies, financial institutions, industrial manufacturers, and wholesale and retail petroleum facilities in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island and Vermont.

Robbins has nearly 15 years of experience managing soil and groundwater remediation projects, UST compliance programs, and environmental site assessment efforts.
