Pilot Plant Fiber-Bed Filter Emission Control Systems

CECO Filters, Inc.ilters introduces two complete Pilot Plant Fiber-Bed Filter Emission Control Systems: the P-101 Unit with an epoxy-coated steel filter tank for mildly corrosive environments and the P-102 Unit with a fiberglass filter tank for many corrosive environments. The systems use techniques in filter design, media, and system operation to provide industry with an economical, efficient skid-mounted system for a wide variety of testing and emission controls.

Features of the systems include filter tank, process inlet connection, blower, fan, motor and starter, exhaust stack with damper and manometer taps, which are all mounted on a steel skid for mobility

Optional features to tailor these units to the specific application include a mesh pad prefilter, filter wash-down nozzles, and special instrumentation for emission analysis.
