PARSON HYDROFLEX GEL is a nonflammable, V.O.C. compliant chemical grouting compound which, when mixed with water, forms a water impermeable gel mass. PARSON HYDROFLEX GEL is a single component multi-ratio, low viscosity, high solids hydrophilic polyurethane gel used in sanitary sewer joint sealing, manhole water control and storm sewer sealing. It is environmentally safe and inert after cure. When mixed with variable amounts of water, PARSON HYDROFLEX GEL will penetrate any soils that water may pass through. After curing, it forms both a flexible gasket and an effective water barrier. Accelerators to control the reaction time are available; as well as a Reinforcing Agent to enhance the strength of the gel mass.

  • Stop infiltration into manholes (brick or mortar).
  • Sealing of pipe joints through commercial packer equipment for repairing leakages in sanitary and storm sewer
  • Stabilization of soil.
