The DOP-250 and new DOP-160 pumps feature a modified Archimedes screw design. The DOP is a positive displacement pump, making it well suited for spill applications. It handles a range of fluids from water to viscous oil and tar balls, even when contaminated with debris. Maximum rated discharge pressure for the DOP is 150 psi, which gives users the power to push recovered oils and emulsions through great lengths of hose.

The DOP pump easily cuts and processes debris. The screw and casing are fitted with a strong cutting knife arrangement which can slice through or crush marine grasses and seaweed, synthetic line, pieces of wood and other typical items of trash commonly found in an oil spill. The pump does not emulsify oil and water when pumping. This means that water can be separated from the recovered oil before storage. These pumps also have a low weight relative to their capacity and high discharge pressure. The DOP-250 weighs 128 lb. and has a capacity of 629 bbl/hr. The DOP-160 pump weighs only 68 lb. and has a capacity of 173 bbl/hr.

The TERMINATOR Skimmer is a weir skimmer with a powerful DS-250 pump for offloading recovered oil. It has a maximum capacity of 629 bbl/hr at discharge pressures up to 150 psi and is capable of handling all types of oil, even when heavily contaminated with debris. The skimmer is fitted with an Easy Flow floating weir lip, which automatically adjusts the weir height to match the RPM of the pump, and allows it to react instantaneously to the moving fluid surface. This helps ensure maximum oil/water ratio in the recovered fluid.

The new TERMITE weir skimmer utilizes the same large free-floating weir lip as the TERMINATOR Skimmer. This high buoyancy weir allows nearly 6 in. of vertical travel for wave following. This helps ensure high recovery efficiency at all flow rates and even in choppy seas. Although the TERMITE can be operated in very shallow water (15-in. draft), it has sea-keeping characteristics in offshore conditions due to high buoyancy to weight ratio and low inertial mass. This new lightweight skimmer can be assembled quickly and carried by two men.

The TERMITE is versatile because it can be used in four modes of operation: 1.) As a Screw Weir Skimmer, 2.) Without the DOP-160 pump as a stable Suction Weir Skimmer weighing only 110 lb., 3.) As a Combined Screw Weir and Suction Weir Skimmer offloaded simultaneously by the DOP-160 and a suction pump with a nameplate capacity of 173 bbl/hr plus the capacity of the suction device up to 629 bbl/hr., and 4.) As a Suspended Weir Skimmer suspended without floats from a crane.

The MINI-MAX suction weir skimmer can recover up to 220 bbl/hr of light and medium viscosity oil (adjusted by the pumping rate). It features a design in which the skimmer body is supported from a float located in the center of the collection hopper. The 3600 free floating weir lip is self adjusting to ensure maximum recovery efficiency at all pumping rates and in harbor chop conditions.

RO-BOOM features a one-piece molded construction with complete cross vulcanization of the boom fabric (no welded seams). The fabric consists of two plies of strong woven base fabric, heavy-duty neoprene rubber and Hypalon external skin. This construction helps ensure in very high tensile strength, peel resistance and abrasion resistance, which results in long service life and high integrity under all conditions.

The new RO-VAC MKII vacuum pumping system is well suited for responding to inland or marine spills and is portable enough to reach remote sites. It can be used with a hand nozzle for cleaning surface spills and general pumping applications or it can be used to offload the MINI-MAX floating weir skimmer head. The RO-VAC MKII design includes many features, which enhance the performance and reliability of this system. The skid-mounted unit is enclosed within a sturdy galvanized steel frame with forklift slots and removable, large diameter inflated wheels for road and off-road towing. It incorporates a lobe type vacuum pump that can be used to generate powerful suction or pressure. The system also includes a high-pressure water pump and a chemical dosing eductor with pick up tube
